Kheera ka Soup

Cucumber 4 nos.
Green chili 1 tsp.
Mint leaves, chopped 2 tsp.
Curd/Yogurt 3 cups
Salt To taste


1. Peel the cucumber and cut roughly. Add mint leaves, green chilies and salt.
2. Grind all the above with some water in mixer.
3. Add Curd/Yogurt and grind again.
4. Serve chilled.
