4 potatoes, boiled and peeled
1/4 cup peas
10 french beans, finely chopped
2 carrots, finely chopped
1/2 cup small cauliflower florets
1 tsp lemon juice
1 egg white
1-1/2 bread crumbs
1 tbsp cornflour
4 green chillies chopped finely 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves salt as per taste
oil for shallow frying

Boil peas, french beans, carrots and cauliflower . Smash it coarsely .
Smash potatoes .
Mix all the ingredients except for the oil . Make patties of the mixture .
Heat oil in a shallow pan .
Fry patties on both the sides till golden .
Serve on toasted roll spread with chutney .
