INGREDIANTS

METHOD

1. Heat a pan. Add three fourth cup water and sugar and cook on high heat, stirring till all the sugar dissolves.

2. Lower the heat and continue to cook till the syrup reaches three string consistency. To check put a few drops of the syrup into a small bowl of water, if the syrup forms a semi hard ball, the syrup is ready.

3. Meanwhile skewer the grapes onto satay sticks and keep them in the freezer till required.

4. Take the grapes out of the freezer once the syrup is ready and dip the satay sticks, one by one, in the syrup so that all the grapes get covered with the syrup.

5. Arrange the satay sticks on a plate and let the syrup harden around the grapes.

6. Serve.


Ingredients;

4 large mangoes, peeled and stoned
Seeds from 10 green cardamom pods, husked
Finely grated zest and juice of 2 limes
85g/3oz icing sugar
4tbsp brandy
568 ml double cream
4 meringue shells, lightly crushed
Mint sprigs to serve
Method

Finely chop the flesh of two mangoes.

Put the flesh of the other two in a food processor and blend to a puree.

Stir in almost all finely chopped flesh, then spoon into the base of 8 glasses.

Grind the cardamom seeds to a powder, and then put in a bowl with the lime zest and juice, icing sugar and brandy.

Stir well, then add the cream and whisk until it holds its shape.

Fold in the crushed meringue.

Spoon the cream mixture on top of the mango puree, then spoon the remaining chopped mango on top.

This can be made one hour ahead (no longer or the meringue dissolves) serve decorated with mint sprigs.

Ingredients;

1lb Plain Flower
4 Teaspoons dried Yeast
4 Teaspoon Caster Sugar
1 Beaten egg
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Half cup Milk
8 Tablespoons Natural Yoghurt
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
4 Teaspoons Cumin Seeds
4 Teaspoons Aniseed Seeds
4Tablespoons Crushed Pistachio Nuts
4 Tablespoons Crushed Almond Nuts
Pinch Salt
Cooking Methods

Warm the milk until it is just hot to hand.

Stir in the Sugar and Yeast and leave for 20 minutes.

Sift the flour into a big bowl and add Salt and Baking Powder.

Slowly stir in the Yeast mixture and the rest of the ingredients and mix to a dough.

Knead the dough for approx 10 minutes and place it in a covered bowl for an hour and a half in a warm place. It should double in size.

Preheat the oven to the highest heat.

Knead the dough gently and divide into 4 portions and roll into a tear shape.

Grease a baking tray, lay out the bread. Sprinkle evenly with the Nuts and Seeds and place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.

Then place the Nan’s under a hot grill for a further minute or so until brown.

Lightly dust the breads with Vegetable Oil before serving.

Fry the mince and Garlic with the Tandoori Marinade in a little Vegetable Oil until cooked. Leave to cool.

Stir in the Sugar and Yeast and leave for 20 minutes.

Sift the flour into a big bowl and add Salt and Baking Powder.

Slowly stir in the Yeast mixture and the rest of the ingredients and mix to a dough.

Knead the dough for approx 10 minutes and place it in a covered bowl for an hour and a half in a warm place. It should double in size.

Grease a baking tray, lay out the bread and knife on the cooked mince leaving about 1 inch on Nan uncovered all the way round.

Place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.

Then place the Nan’s under a hot grill for a further minute or so until brown.

Lightly dust the breads with Vegetable Oil before serving.

Serve immediately.

If The Meat In Wok Is Burned, Take Out The Upper Meat And Gravy. Clean The Wok, Pour Some Milk In It And Cook Again. Do Not Add Water Otherwise Burning Smell Will Penetrate The Gravy.

If Your Oven Has Rust Spots Or It Is Stained, Take A Piece Of Cloth And Drench It In Cold Water And Then Squeeze It. Now Damp The Cloth With Ammonia, Place It In The Oven And Close The Door. After Keeping It In The Oven For A Night, Clean The Stains The Next Day.


DOUGH FOR THE PIZZA:

2 cups of maida(ek pao)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 table spoon olive oil
1 egg
1 table spoon dry milk powder(nido)
1/2 cup warm water

METHOD:

mix yeast and sugar in warm water and leave for 10 min
shift maida ,milk owder and salt ,egg,oregano,oil,and mixture of yeast and sugar with water mix well make a smooth dough and leavefor 2-3 hours for rising

PIZZA SAUCE :
1/2 cup tomato puree /or 4 tomatoes blended with out skin and seeds
1/4 cup ketchup
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 small size onion boiled then blend
1/2 teaspoon oregano

method:
cook all the ingredients till thick

ALL TIME FAVORITE CHICKEN TIKKA PIZZA RECIPE:

MASALA FOR CHICKEN TIKKA

i kg boneless chicken in cubes
1/2 teasppon salt
1/2 teaspoon haldi(turmeric)
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon ginger ,garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garam masala
2 table spoon oil/ghee
1/2 teaspoon black salt
1/2 teaspoon japhil,jawatari

method:
make cut on chicken pieces and marinate with masala for 2-3 hours then barbecue or bake in oven at 180 centigrade for 30 min and smoke them with charcoal.

other hand u need 1 onion cut in cubes shape,2 cup mozerella cheese
1 cup chedder cheese.

after make chicken tikka make pizza roti spread the dough in 12 inch pizza pan or what u have but this the actual size deep pan ok
then prick it with fork ,
spread pizza sauce on it chicken tikka pieces and 1 onion cut in cubes shape and 1 cup chedder and 2 cup of mozerella cheese ,bake for 20 min on 250 centigrade enjoyed it .
